The City of Fresno’s Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission will be hosting their first listening session to help shape Fresno’s Expanded Access to Arts and Culture Program. Sessions are free and open to all! This session will be on Wednesday, April 22 at the Ted C. Willis Community Center from 5:30 - 7:30 PM.
