JazzFresno, the Fresno County Public Library, KFSR 90.7 and the Woodward Park Friends of the Library will host Jazz at the Library on Tuesday, June 30 at 7:00 PM at the Woodward Park Regional Library, 944 E. Perrin Ave., Fresno California 

Jazz pianist, composer, and arranger Rick Helzer will have the honor and pleasure of presenting selections from Duke Ellington’s three “Sacred Music Concerts,” which Ellington considered to be his most consequential works. With the “Sacred Music Concerts,” Ellington powerfully and beautifully expressed his faith in God through his gift of music. Rick will be presenting this moving music with four of his good friends and marvelous musicians:

• Mike Dana, guitar

• John Lauffenburger, bass

• Gary Newmark, drums
