The City of Fresno's Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services (PARCS) Department will be hosting an in-person and online Rubrics, Scope, Budget & Grant Writing Workshop for Cycle 3 of the Expanded Access to Arts and Culture (EAAC) Grant Program.
